Can I get a refund if I can't make it?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I add an additional person to the booking?

Depending on the amount of people previously booked, you may be able to add an additional person. Please use the chat button online to discuss further details.

I'm running late, is that okay?

Yes, there is a 15 minute grace period. Afterwards your reservation is automatically canceled.

When can I take my candle home?

Candles take 2-3 hours to solidify. If you book a candle making duo event you will be able to take your candle home immediately. Otherwise to will have to come back during store hours or if there is another booking later that day.

Do you travel?

Yes, there is a traveling fee based on the experience that you would like. Traveling fee's are set by mileage and will be divided among the group.

Do you offer Shipping?

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping.

Can i order online and pick up in store?

Yes, you can order online and pick up your purchase in store. You will receive a Pick Up notification when your order is ready. There is a 5 day holding limit. A holding fee of $10 will be required to pick up your order after the 5th day.

How long does processing take?

Processing is 2-3 business days after an order has been received. Shipping/Pick Up notifications will be sent after processing is complete.

Can I burn the Creative Candles with everything in it?

Yes, you do not have to remove anything from your candle unless you would like to use them for a wax burner.

How do I trim my wick?

You should trim your wick before each use, after a previous burn. Cut the wick bellow the "cloudy" build up. Remove all of the debris before lighting.

Can I order a custom made candle?

Fragrances That Last candles are made with Soy and Coconut wax, making them 100% natural.
