Candle Making Experience Frequently Asked Questions
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL ATTENDEES READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE BOOKING
Seats are sold separately. This event is set for you to reserve a minimum of two people and a maximum of 25 people (larger party's and traveling is available, please read below). All attendees must be participating. Additional guests are not allowed.
Experiences are privately booked. It is recommended to book your group at the same time so that your group will not be combined with someone else that may see your desired available time and decide to book.
If you are interested in a day that is closed off, please use the chat button to see if special accommodations are available. *Please contact us through the chat button or email, for additional requests upon booking.*
TIMING:
Depending on your selected experience you should look forward to an hour to 2 1/2 hour duration. Please arrive on time! Your experience will start and end, at the designated time. Due to the duration of each session, parties that are 15 minutes late will be canceled.
OUTSIDE FOOD:
Only light food bites are accepted for 2+ hour experiences. If you would like to decorate or set up a table, please consider booking a Candle Making Experience that is 2+ hours long.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
We are aware that inclement weather may occur. If there are any chances of: heavy thunderstorms, flooding rain, hail, freezing rain, sleet, snow, iced roads or black ice; ALL candle making experiences will be rescheduled.
THE COMPLETION OF CANDLES:
Candles will take 2-3 hours to solidify after making. One hour Candle Making Experiences do not allow you to take your candle home immediately after... (Please look into the other (2+ hour) experiences if you would like to take your candles home).
Depending on the class time you may be able to come back later that evening to pick up your candle. If not, you can pick up your candle on the following business day. We can hold your candle up to one week. Shipping is available at an additional cost ($16 per person or $26 for up to 5 people), if you are unable to pick up your candle.
If you are sick: Please be sure to contact us within 24 hours to reschedule your reservation. Otherwise tickets are non refundable. It is imperative that you keep other's health in consideration. You will be turned around if you arrive sick.
Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Can I add an additional person to the booking?
Depending on the amount of people previously booked, you may be able to add an additional person. Please use the chat button online to discuss further details.
Are kids allowed to attend Candle Making Experiences?
Yes, kids are allowed to attend. Preferably ages 6 and older (or able to listen and follow directions).
Do you travel?
Yes.
Traveling fee is an additional $85-$130 (within a 15 mile radius… TBD for further destinations), cost will be divided among party.

Do you offer Shipping?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping.
Can i order online and pick up in store?
Yes, you can order online and pick up your purchase in store. You will receive a Pick Up notification when your order is ready. There is a 5 day holding limit. A holding fee of $10 will be required to pick up your order after the 5th day.
How long does processing take?
Processing is 2-3 business days after an order has been received. Shipping/Pick Up notifications will be sent after processing is complete.
Can I burn the Creative Candles with everything in it?
Yes, you do not have to remove anything from your candle unless you would like to use them for a wax burner.
How do I trim my wick?
You should trim your wick before each use, after a previous burn. Cut the wick bellow the "cloudy" build up. Remove all of the debris before lighting.
Can I order a custom made candle?

How are Fragrances That Last candles made?
Fragrances That Last candles are made with Soy and Coconut wax, making them 100% natural.
